- Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon Receiving and Inspecting the Return:
- If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 30 days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If you receive a defective neck pillow, contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the defect.
